\nLisa Ensley is our beloved Business Office Manager at Oakland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She is responsible for overseeing resident funds, assisting families with insurance and Medicaid applications, and so much more! Lisa started in our business office on January 3rd, 1989 and says about her job, \u201cI feel that every day I come to work I come into the home of our residents. I always try to treat our center as their home versus my office\u201d. Lisa\u2019s favorite part of her job is \u201cgetting to meet so many lovely residents and their families\u201d.
\nA Quick Q&A with Lisa –\u00a0\u2028How did you first learn about Oakland? My great grandmother was a resident here \u2013 she lived until she was 106! In fact, many of my family members and friends\u2019 families have been patients here.\u2028What 3 words best describe Oakland? Commitment, consistent, and caring. We are committed to providing consistent top notch care to our residents!\u2028What is one thing your coworkers don\u2019t know about you?: I\u2019ve played the piano since I was a child.\u2028What do you like most about working for Marquis Health Services?: The support that the staff is given from our corporate office.\u2028How do you balance your career and family?: I have a very supportive husband, Pete, and we call ourselves \u201cTeam Ensley\u201d because that\u2019s how we approach life on a daily basis \u2013 as a team!
