Oakland Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center Launches Korean Cultural Program

Oakland Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Bergen County, New Jersey, has introduced a Korean cultural program to meet the demand of the sizable Korean community in the region, which includes over 100,000 Korean senior citizens. The program aims to create a culturally authentic environment for Korean seniors, providing familiar traditional décor, in-house ethnic cuisine, and cultural activities. Developed in collaboration with Marquis Health Consulting Services, this initiative aligns with Oakland’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. The facility has received recognition as one of the nation’s best nursing homes, maintaining high ratings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
