In past leadership roles, Matthew Russo have aligned organizational short- and long-range plans and objectives with their mission and vision by providing direction and support on behalf of the company’s intellectual, human, and financial resource commitments. His background includes over 18 years of healthcare management, business development and strategic planning experience to health care organizations to support their growth, implementation of mission-critical strategies, and effective use of strategic partnerships. Matthew has experience in senior-living, post-acute care business planning and possess a distinct strategic view and understanding of today’s healthcare marketplace to deliver innovative and value-added solutions for both non- and for-profit senior living organizations.
Past accomplishments/awards include:
- Developed post-acute partnership strategies with acute care hospitals in support of Triple Aim goals and risk-sharing payment models repositioning the center’s post-acute care services to the communities served
- Awarded the “Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award” by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living
- American Medical Directors Association Foundation for Post-Acute& Long-Term Care Medicine “Quality Improvement & Health Outcome Award”
