Upcoming Event: 5th Annual Health Fair

All are invited to attend our 5th Annual Health Fair at Oakland Rehab Center on Sunday, November 10th from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Join us as we host a Health Education Day with Free Onsite Screenings which include:
* Free Flu Shots from 8am-10am provided by Walgreens
* Blood Pressure Screenings
* Onsite Blood Draw
* Consultations with many specialists
